AlertAI Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-05-24

By installing or using AlertAI, you ("the user") agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AlertAI is a safety-monitoring app. The Dependent's device runs passive detection (fall, crash, inactivity, distress sounds, trigger words, geofence). When a possible emergency is detected, the Guardian's paired device is notified.

The service is provided on a "best effort" basis. We do not guarantee that every emergency will be detected, nor that alerts will always be delivered immediately. AlertAI is NOT a substitute for emergency services. In a real emergency, call your local emergency number.

2. Subscription

Premium features are available via a monthly auto-renewing subscription (AlertAI Premium).

Price: 6,600 KRW / month (subject to localized App Store pricing).
Renewal: auto-renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
Free trial (if eligible): one-month introductory offer. After the trial, the standard price is charged unless cancelled.
Cancellation: manage and cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. We cannot cancel App Store / Play subscriptions on your behalf.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the service to harass, monitor without consent, or stalk any person.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Pairing requires explicit setup by both parties. Using AlertAI to monitor someone without their knowledge or consent is strictly prohibited and may violate local privacy laws.

4. Data

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to missed alerts, delayed alerts, false positives, or injury related to reliance on the app.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your data per the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

AlertAI 이용약관

AlertAI(이하 "본 서비스")을 설치하거나 사용함으로써 이용자는 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

1. 서비스 개요

AlertAI은 안전 모니터링 앱입니다. 피보호자 기기는 낙상, 충돌, 장시간 무활동, 위급 소리, 키워드 감지, 지오펜스 이탈 등을 수동으로 감지하며, 위험 상황 가능성이 인지되면 페어링된 보호자에게 알림이 전송됩니다.

본 서비스는 "최선의 노력" 기반으로 제공됩니다. 모든 응급 상황이 반드시 감지된다는 보장은 없으며, 알림이 항상 즉시 전달된다는 보장도 없습니다. AlertAI은 119/긴급 구조 서비스를 대체하지 않습니다. 실제 응급 상황에서는 반드시 119 또는 지역 응급 전화에 직접 신고하십시오.

2. 구독

프리미엄 기능은 월간 자동 갱신 구독(AlertAI Premium)으로 이용 가능합니다.

가격: 월 6,600원 (현지 통화로 표기될 수 있음).
갱신: 각 결제 주기 종료 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 자동 갱신됩니다.
무료 체험(해당되는 경우): 1개월 무료 체험 후 정상 요금이 부과됩니다.
해지: Apple ID 또는 Google Play 계정 설정에서 직접 해지할 수 있으며, 회사는 대신 해지할 수 없습니다.
환불: 환불 정책을 참고하십시오.

3. 이용자 의무

이용자는 다음 행위를 하지 않습니다:

동의 없는 감시·스토킹·괴롭힘 목적으로 본 서비스 이용.
본 서비스의 리버스 엔지니어링, 디컴파일 또는 소스코드 추출 시도.
불법 목적의 사용.

페어링은 양 당사자의 명시적 동의를 통해 설정되어야 합니다. 동의 없이 타인을 감시하는 행위는 엄격히 금지되며, 관련 법률 위반에 해당할 수 있습니다.

4. 개인정보

이용자의 개인정보는 회사의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다.

5. 책임의 제한

법이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 운영자는 알림 누락, 지연, 오탐, 또는 본 앱에 대한 신뢰에 기인한 직간접적·부수적·결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

6. 해지

회사는 본 약관을 위반한 계정을 정지 또는 해지할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 언제든지 본 서비스 사용을 중단하고 개인정보 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

7. 약관 변경

회사는 본 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 앱 내에서 공지하며, 시행일 이후의 계속적인 사용은 변경된 약관에 대한 동의로 간주됩니다.

8. 준거법

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다.
