All AlertAI subscriptions are purchased and billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google process the payment, so all refund requests are handled by them, not by us directly.
AlertAI offers a one-month free trial so you can fully evaluate the service before any charge. You will not be billed if you cancel before the trial ends. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
For users in the Republic of Korea, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce applies. You may request to withdraw your subscription (cancel and refund) within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not yet begun using the paid digital service. Because the free trial lets you evaluate the app before payment, refunds after the paid period has started and the service has been used are generally not available, except where required by law.
