AlertAI Privacy Policy

AlertAI ("we", "us", "the app") provides a passive safety-monitoring service used by a Guardian to receive alerts from a paired Dependent. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how it is protected.

1. Data We Collect

Account: display name, role (Guardian or Dependent), pairing code.
Sensor signals (Dependent only): accelerometer, microphone audio frames, GPS location. Sensor data is processed on-device for fall / crash / inactivity / distress / geofence detection.
Alerts: type, timestamp, an approximate location at the moment of alert, and the Dependent's slide-to-confirm response.
Device & push tokens: OneSignal/APNs/FCM identifiers used solely to deliver real-time safety alerts to the paired Guardian.
Purchase status: subscription state to grant access to premium features. Payment itself is processed by Apple or Google — we never see your card details.

2. How Data Is Used

To detect emergencies on the Dependent's device.
To deliver alerts to the paired Guardian's device.
To allow the Guardian to request live location or short audio clips from the Dependent (the Dependent's device must already be paired and online).
To improve detection accuracy in aggregated, non-identifying form.

3. What We Do NOT Do

We do not sell personal data.
We do not run always-on cloud recording of audio or video.
We do not share data with advertisers.

4. Data Retention

Raw sensor traces around an alert: up to 90 days, then deleted.
Anonymized model features: retained indefinitely for detection-model improvement.
You may request deletion of all your data by emailing superyunu@gmail.com.

ntfy.sh (legacy push transport, public topic ID only — no personal data)
Apple IAP / Google Play Billing (payment processing)
Firebase (optional, location pairing — only if enabled)

6. Children

The Dependent role may be used by a minor under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14 without parental consent.

7. Your Rights

You can review, correct, export, or delete your personal data by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.

AlertAI 개인정보처리방침

AlertAI(이하 "회사")는 보호자(Guardian)가 보호 대상자(Dependent)의 응급 상황을 실시간으로 인지할 수 있도록 도와주는 수동형 안전 모니터링 앱입니다. 본 방침은 회사가 어떤 정보를 수집하고, 어떻게 이용하며, 어떻게 보호하는지를 안내합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

계정 정보: 닉네임, 역할(보호자/피보호자), 페어링 코드.
센서 신호(피보호자 기기): 가속도계, 마이크 음성 프레임, GPS 위치. 모두 기기 내에서 처리되어 낙상/충돌/장시간 무활동/위급 소리/이탈 감지에 사용됩니다.
알림 데이터: 알림 유형, 시각, 알림 발생 시점의 대략적 위치, 사용자의 "I'm OK" 응답.
기기 식별자 / 푸시 토큰: OneSignal / APNs / FCM 식별자. 보호자에게 알림을 전달하기 위한 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
결제 상태: 프리미엄 기능 접근 권한 확인용. 카드 정보는 Apple 또는 Google이 직접 처리하며 회사는 보관하지 않습니다.

2. 이용 목적

피보호자 기기에서 응급 상황 감지.
보호자 기기로 실시간 알림 전달.
보호자의 요청 시 피보호자 기기의 현재 위치 또는 짧은 음성 클립 제공(페어링된 상태에서만).
익명화·집계된 형태로 감지 정확도 향상.

3. 하지 않는 것

개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.
상시 클라우드 음성/영상 녹화를 하지 않습니다.
광고주에게 개인정보를 제공하지 않습니다.

4. 보관 기간

알림 전후의 원시 센서 로그: 최대 90일 후 삭제.
익명화된 모델 학습 피처: 모델 개선을 위해 무기한 보관 가능.
superyunu@gmail.com 으로 요청 시 모든 개인정보를 삭제해 드립니다.

6. 아동

피보호자 역할은 부모 또는 법정 대리인의 감독 하에 미성년자가 사용할 수 있습니다. 회사는 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 보호자 동의 없이 수집하지 않습니다.

7. 이용자 권리

이용자는 자신의 개인정보를 열람·정정·이전·삭제 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 30일 이내에 회신합니다.
